The Axiata Foundation All-Star Bestari Scholarship empowers high-potential students from underprivileged backgrounds and marginalised communities to pursue and complete their studies, enabling them to fulfil their greatest potential. The programme is offered at pre-university levels, providing scholarship recipients with financial support to cover their education and living expenses. The programme also nurtures their development beyond academics through structured interventions for holistic personal and professional growth. Applications are open now until 10 May 2026.

The offering is for candidates to be sponsored by 2 tiers A-levels and undergraduates in prestigious colleges and universities locally and overseas. This is subject to the scholastic performance of the student. We look to sponsor students intending to pursue higher education in the following fields of study: - Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum, Electrical & Electronics, Environmental, Sustainable - Sciences: Geology, Geosciences, Data Science - Commercial: Business & Management, Digital Marketing Eligibility - Strong leadership skills and active participation in extracurricular activities such as societies and clubs, sports, etc. - Not presently holding other scholarships/loans - Consistently strong academic achievements as follows: - Minimum 8As (A/A+) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) OR - Excellent O-level grades at IGCSE (A*/A) - Before applying, ensure you are eligible to work in the country where the scholarship program is offered. - Must be 2025 SPM or 2026 O-Level leavers - Willing to pursue A-levels at selected boarding institution
